Among SLB-funded programs, WoodWorks has the unique role of working directly with building design and construction professionals to change the way they build, increasing the use of wood in commercial and multifamily buildings. In this webinar, WoodWorks President and CEO, Jennifer Cover, will explain why their fundamental approach of education and direct technical support enables them to predict and respond to evolving market needs, and how their nimble approach is key to expanding the use of wood in U.S. buildings. She’ll demonstrate why WoodWorks’ emphasis on encouraging developers and designers to build larger projects than they’ve previously done, use innovative wood materials, and expansion to new building types, is helping facilitate a favorable shift toward wood within firms.
