Prime Consulting, a third-party performance measurement, evaluation, and return on investment (ROI) modeling firm will provide a topline overview of the SLB-funded program evaluation process and detail the performance measures and metrics from 2012-2018 and the SLB’s ROI for the softwood lumber industry. They will also provide a look into how the performance measures are advancing and how the SLB continues to use data to develop its program strategy and tactics.
